Lockdown has seen a rise in anti-social behaviour at Castle Hill late at night with increased littering and ‘souped up’ noisy cars going up there in the early hours of the morning. Karen and Sue have been to Castle Hill helping with community clean ups. The Council is also looking at having a barrier installed at the bottom of the road up to Castle Hill but this could be a few weeks before it happens.
Sue Lee-Richards who has been involved in a number of clean ups on Castle Hill said,
“Much as we like getting together with people from the community to make Castle Hill tidier it would be much better if people treated the area with the respect such a beautiful and iconic part of our town deserves.”
